autobody stakes

I was looking through a pawnshop earlier today, they had a few autobody stakes in there, something vaugly I shaped, and one that was kida like a sideways comma.. they also had a nice planishing hammer i;m gona grab tomorrow..

but should i bpther picking up the stakes?

if they are not heavey enuff for the sheet metal the we use. chances are that they will work well for brass or copper shiny bits.

I used to do bodywork. Most of the tools used for bodywork are too light. They only beat on VERY thin sheetmetal, for the most part.

I have not found too many, in my extensive tool collection, that cross over.
