Okay here comes my way:
Please refer to the picture

I: back piece
II: front piece, need 2 of them (one is mirrored)
III: shoulder piece
Following sizes are needed:
A: from shoulder to bottom : 83 cm
B: from shoulder to waist : 53 cm
C: width : 58 cm
D: shoulder with : 19 cm
E: half with = 1/2 C : 29 cm
F: front cutout (down): 20 cm
G: front cutout (side): 10 cm
H: shoulder plates (main plate)radius : 22 cm
I: shoulder plates (cover piece) radius : 26 cm
I would build it in the following order:
1) cut out the leather
2) sew the edges with soft leather
3) attach buckels: 3 on the front (leave space where the belt will be)to close armor
4) punch the holes on the side; these holes are used to sew the front and the back piece together, I have taken thick leather band to sew them together, I have strenghten the hole via metal eyelets
5) attach buckels: 3 on each side (left and right, they assist the leatherband mentioned in point 4)
6) make shoulder piece: the main plate is made of 5mm thick leather, on that main plate the cover piece (from the same leather as the front and back piece of the armor) is riveted. The cover piece is a little bigger because it´s fringing the shoulder main plate. I have riveted the cover piece from the inside through about 50 holes:

Don´t forget the leather stripes on both sides to attach the shoulder plate to the buckels (step

at the front and back piece of the armor
7) sew with a thick leather band the front and the back piece (I and II) at the shoulder together, you can also sew the shoulder pieces from the underside onto the torso

attach buckels to tie up shoulder pieces; one front right, one front left, one back right one back left; position belongs to the stripes of the shoulder piece

I think we are finished. If I were somewhere not able to describe clearly what you have to do, don´t hesitate to post a reply.
Have fun !
PS: 1 inch is about 2,5 cm
