i finally got the leather to make my splinted legs... (damn heritan is pricy)anyways, for the splints i reall dont want to cut them out with my jigsaw.
but at the hardwear store i saw some little brace thingy, it's coincidentally the same size i was wanting to make my splints, BUT, i think they are 18 guage.
i was wondering, if i were to stack them together would that be equivelent in strength to a shicker splint, or is it just a stupid idea.
as well, would you recomend 16 of 14 gauge for splinted thighs
