any new armourers wanting to make cuirass?

Post by matt9625 »

Ive got a lady friend who wants a breasplate and backplate. Im not sure how long she will need it as her interest seem to wounder. So i was thinking, are there any new armourers who wanted to give a try to make a cuirass for her? I dont think it would take much steel as shes a small women. She will be willing to pay but of course i dont think she is willing to pay the price of a top shelf armourer. And she wont let me convince her of going mild steel. She wants 18 gauge stainless with a good even polish. Shes willing to go as high as the lowest bidder (unfortunetly). So i figured this would be a good time for some newer armourers to take a swing at it.

I might be interested. I'm not really a new armourer, but I don't charge top level prices and don't do many commissions. What style and completion date is she looking for?

If you haven't picked an armourer yet, I would like to throw my hat in there as well. Are there any more specifics that you could PM me? I actually might not have time to fit another project in my schedule, but I'm definitely interested. I am most definitely a "newer armourer"
