So yesterday was a boring day and I needed to burn some time..
Its flawed but was still fun. Think tomorro Ill put some Hinges on it.
Should I stain it or leave it with a natural Finish?

Neither. I would use natural oils to seal it a bit. It will darken up a bit but also bring out the grain pattern.

Veg oil
Linseed oil and the such.

Well that would be under the Natural Finish in my Opinion...
