now to work out a deal:-)

Ive got a pattern Id like them in ( milanse three lames, with a very short solid cuff , basically Cads metacarpal plate with two lames stuck on that. and his thumbs)

and one other pair however you want to build em.

so two sets of gaunts basically.

( the specialized ones Id like to use for single sword, the regular ones like yours for spears and great weapons)

I could get the anvil to you at pensic, border raids, or somewhere. I could also pass it to Sir Oz and you could catch up w him at an event in Ansteorra.) shipping a 200lbs anvil is crazy

Its an ok deal, so long as I get to keep and you the pattern you give to me AND that the anvil is in good condition with a suitably hard front face.
