Don't all Monty Python skits in armour go badly?

Shucks, I missed the sunglasses. It wasn't Toby wearing his huge disco glasses, was it? He's been known to do that.

Naw, it's one of the trumpeters.

And it's PERFECT! I'm deep in the medieval groove, feeling good about myself and then there is the sunglasses there on live television...telling me to lighten up and enjoy the spectacal...with tinted spectacals.

As I understand it, this event involved literally hundreds of people, so it's inevitable that some gaffe is going to slip through somewhere. At least it wasn't worse, like someone showing up in his pants or something.

They did 2 shows a day for 11 days. Toby ran an astonishing 110 courses over the period. Noone was injured, and everyone was happy. An amazing event no matter how you look at it.

I'm bummed I didn't get to go. :sad:

Yes. None of them would fit - too big or too small.

Thats the problem with good armour, there isn't much one size fits all.
