Stakes and forms

Where is the best place to get stakes and dishing forms?
I am starting to set up my own shop (finally!) and looking for a good source to get the various dishing forms and stakes.
Any assistance pointing in the right direction would be most appreciated.

Well, aside from iron monger, a right angle grinder and a oxy-acetlyne torch will allow you to make almost any stake you need out of bar stock.
So far I've made two stakes last week, and they are working very well already...

Much agreement with the "make your own as much as possible" sentiment. Built a Block-form for setting creased and rounded fluting over the weekend. Started with a 1/5"x3"x8" block of tool steel, and cut/ground/sanded the needed grooves into it. . . voila! works quite well, and took about an hour of my time and $6-7 bucks worth of materials.
on the other side of the coin, there are some shapes that are just too much of a pain in the *** to try and fab yourself. (steel dishing forms, notably.) in that case. . . I got a nice set of forms from SaxonSquire . . . cleaned up really nicely, price was right, no-hassle transaction. overall outstanding.

I would make my own, if I had the equipment to do so, but I am just getting my own shop set up, and am on a limited budget. I am just looking for something so that I can work the metal cold for now.... I will get a o-a torch at some point down the road (I have two friends with them that I can borrow until i have my own.) I am looking for somewhere to buy them.
