Does anyone happen to have this GDFB helmet?

Post by fghthty545y »

I was possibly interested in this helmet, though it's one of the few from GDFB that only comes in one size. Does anyone happen to have measurments on this helmet? (Either circumference ot diamaters?)
Thanks for any help.

I have no idea as to it's effectiveness as armour, nor its level of historical accuracy, but I will say this: if you do get it, get it from Kultofathena.com
Saves you around $100.

You could either send off to the sellers for a circumference, or you could assume a Large suits a hat size of 7 1/4 or so. Helmets for adults' heads are often one-size-fits-most, as adult heads tend to be 7 to 7 1/2, and if you take either that number size of hat or that Size Large hats usually fit you, you shouldn't have trouble, since helmets are cut rather generously. There is very little pressure of any kind to trim helmets to a minimum workable size.

Not sure about GDFB but Armor and castings has several very nice hats like this one or close to it and I know their stuff is top notch
