Didn't you issue them any boarding cutlasses?

Boarding axes are more useful; and no, not 'til they're better trained.Thomas Powers wrote:Didn't you issue them any boarding cutlasses?

Re: Longship Company Event with the Boy Scouts
It looks like they are having a lot of fun. I know a longship is a lot different than a kayak, but for a few years when I spent a good portion of my summers kayaking along the Maine coast I spent a lot of time paddling under the blistering hot sun, and a lot of time in what most would consider to be not so nice weather... I always preferred paddling when the sky was mostly overcast and would rather have a bit of rain than sun - at least until I was ready to make camp for the night.
