Doesn't that fall right into Albrecht Durer's area and heyday? There are several inexpensive Dover books on Durer's illustrations. Durere illustrates all sorts of dress, armor, horse trappings, furniture, tools , etc. Furthermot=re, he often takes the trouble to indicate where seams fall.

I'd say to look at the drawings of the Housebook Master for starters, for both men's clothing and women's clothing. Here's a few online galleries:

Myra (from the last link in the list above) also has a few webpages on clothing based on this era:

Some other re-enactors/groups modelling clothing from Germany from the late 15th centuries:

You could also look around at REALonline, but that site's easier to use if you go into it knowing what you're looking for. Your best luck might be to start surfing in the clothing section.
  • In the upper left-hand menu, select Kleidung
  • Click the button that says Auswählen.
  • The new menu that comes up will take you to selections with a specific garment.
  • To select an item, click it and then click the button that says Ziege Bilder
  • To get to the next section of garments, click on the button that says Nächster Begriff
