Palace cooks in LA

I've just had an email from one of the experimental archaeologists who works in the Tudor kitchens at Hampton Court Palace. He and another guy will be in the LA area February 10th-20th to give a series of lectures and presentations on the work they do at the Palace.

Their first gig is 10th. Feb at the LA public Library

I don't know more than that but will update this notice as I get more info.
