They are a variant of German Late 15th Century pauldrons.

Stanislav Prošek makes some, and anthoer couple of armorers as well.

Just looking for documentation.

There's a roughly simialr set in the Cleveland Meuseum of Art (CMA 1916.1613). I may have some pics of others as well, I'll check.
