Sheepskin "mukluk" (ish) slippers

I just finished these, and thought I would share. These are made from wool-on sheepskin, and have veg tan heel stiffeners. I've included a couple of shots to show the insides of the pieces. I have made two pairs of ankle height slippers, but these are my first tall boots. I think they came out ok, and are very warm. If I find a good deal on more sheepskins, I may make more.

Anyway, just thought I'd share.

Holy crap, it's like a sheepdog mated with a pair of Ugg boots!
I want! They must be SO comfy!

Thanks so much. :) Yes, they are comfy - and very warm. Ugg boots would have been cheaper though - these took about 2.5+ sheepskins. :( Not cheap, but far nicer leather/wool than what Uggs are made from (my daughter has some), although the Uggs look better.

Thanks again,
