Fibreglass Spear construction in Canada

Hello all, I'm curious how one would go about sourcing the fibreglass for constructing a spear in Canada? I'm aware of the requirements/ restrictions but I can't seem to find anywhere that sells fibreglass itself. It probably doesn't help that I'm not the most observant or tech savvy individual.
Any places in Canada that sell 6 or 9ft lengths?
