An Tir has one almost every weekend from May until September.

Just arrived in Caid, so I dunno about down here yet. :D

I would say we have around 8-12 in the West.

March, June, October crown

Beltane and Purgatorio coronations (though attendance at Purg depends on location)

West Antir and Great Western wars

Ducal prize

Not sure of attendance numbers on some of these but there is Cynaguan May coronet which has a good turn out and Cyn October coronet, Mists Spring coronet, and Mists fall coronet. I dont know jack about Oertha and their tourneys though :(

i dont think i can count 12th night as a camping event :)

Cheers!

I just went through our Kingdom Calendar and did a quick count.

I counted approximately 23 camping events that would have 300+ people that I have personally attended. (I don't get into the Principalities of Avacal or Summits very often).

An Tir has approximately 180 events per year, with camping events taking place typically between March and late September. We are VERY large, with BC alone being 30% larger than Texas :) (the North is sparsely populated, being full of rocks and trees)

I believe the longest drive from Branch to Branch in An Tir is approximately 24 hrs (southern Oregon to either eastern Saskatchewan or northern British Columbia)

Not many, compared to most kingdoms. Pretty much, if there's a 3-day weekend, there's a camping event. Almost all other events are day events. Even Coronation and Queen's Champion, which are always on a Saturday and Sunday, respectively, are rarely camping events.

Estrella - Presidents' Day
Treasure Chest Battles - April, only annual camping event not on a 3-day weekend
Potrero War- Memorial Day
Highland War - Labor Day
Great Western War - Technically Columbus Day, even though no one actually has that off

In Ansteorra, with the exception of christmas or thanksgiving, you can count on an average of at least one a weekend. A quick count on the online schedule shows 45-50 official ones in the next year.

More in Atenveldt! Smaller but camping anyhow. There's more sometimes too just depending on the venue of the event.

and wolves...

sigh... its sad cause its true, and those of us up here are always OVERJOYED to have new blood come thru to teach us new tricks (i'll refrain from the geographical sob story...).

So if you're ever planning that mysitcal RV vacation up to alaska, or to do world class salmon fishing in BC, please, PLEASE bring your kit. Or just bring your helm/favourite parts, we'll suit you with our own stuff... Any who do will be treated as kings (bruised kings, but kings nonetheless... :D ), and you dont have to camp either!

Does setting up a tent inside a drill hall count as camping? How about when the prince comes and shakes it at 3 in the morning?

Other than Pensic weeks and (sometimes) Crown and Coronations pretty much one every weekend from late April to early October.

Some of the bigger ones

Baron Wars (if there is one this year)
Baronial Border War
Simple Day

Along with the Big 3
interkingdom ones
Border Skirmish
Border Raids
Blackstone

did I forget any?

By your criteria, In Drachenwald,

None.

Double Wars in Sweden might come close to 30 a side, but it's been a couple of years since I've been

Raglan Fair in two weeks time is the biggest event in the (Soon to be) principality of Insulae Draconis (The British Isles & Iceland). There will be 30-36 Armoured combatants total.

But you cant fit too many more than that on the bridge, or through the gates in any case.

Artemisia has Uprising (June), which draws close to 900 / 120-150 armored fighters.
I would be hard pressed to say that any of the rest of our numerous camping events draw the numbers you give, though. Harvest War (september) sometimes does.
Lots of our camping events draw 150-200 people with 30-40 armored fighters.
