i received this in the mail yesterday http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=2 ... 603b66431f made by Sir Vitus von Atzinger with no note from who paid for it or wanted to send it to me. i was shocked and am still in great awe about it. i don't normally get all excited about gifts but this one struck me deeply to how much i love all my friends and i guess it shows that they love me as well. this is an awesome way to show it. thank you deeply to who ever you are that wanted me to have this.

Practice random acts of generosity and perform gratuitous kindness? (something like that). Maybe it's from someone newly knighted who wants to help a squire look good.

And that is why you people inspire me every day.

Dammit! Can't access FB at work. <mutter>

But knowing the good Sir Vitus's work I envy you.
I would say that surely you have done something right in the eyes of another. Do not dig too deeply seeking the identity of your benefactor.
Continue good works and deeds.

i received a brand new solid brass buckle with brass dumb bells every 2 inches red squires belt. it's gorgeous. the one Sir Vitus had for sale a couple of weeks ago. you can see it here http://forums.armourarchive.org/phpBB2/ ... t=red+belt .

What a wonderful gift! The largess I've seen demonstrated within the society is truly inspiration. Wear it proudly.

At this point, I guess pay it forward.
Set a condition, and first time that condition is met, send an equivalent gift to the person who earned it.
Perhaps the next time you see someone make squire, or when you yourself get knighted.
