Legal for usage in what?

If you want to make a helmet out of it, no, but for other things it might work...

You used to be able to use it on your sword. (wrap your sword in it, then put on duct tape)

As always, ask your local marshal.

I looked through the east kingdoms earl marshal guide on the web and didn't see anything specific, so I'm assuming it's legal. Now I just want to find a supplier.

Thanks for the feed back,
Ulfar
