I don't have time at the moment, but later this weekend I'll see what I can dredge up. I haven't made any particular study of it as I consider ancient German law to be crushingly boring to study (I had a taste of it in a course on Medieval law).

Mark Rector mentions it in his recent book on Tallhoffer, to explain the judicial combat plates. You don't find it outside of the Empire - in example in France, the normal trial by combat in harness uses pollaxes or specialized modified swords - spear flinging, and simultanious sword and spear carry are not to be found.
