Border Raids Deed of Arms

Speaking as Herald for the Baron of Fenix I, Conal O'hairt, do hereby make an announcement of a Deed of Arms.
From Aengus Baron Fenix:
To all who revel in the joy of chivalric combat, of whatever estate, title or degree, be they gentle, high and noble or base, common and popular, does Aengus, Baron Fenix send respectful greetings. Forasmuch as Providence hath spared Laird Angus to tread thirty-eight years upon the Earth, His Excellency is moved to issue this challenge, to be held on the second day after the feast of St John the Baptist, alias the twenty-sixth of June instant:
ITEM That all doughty tourniers present themselves at the Border Raids holden in the Barony of the Flame.
ITEM That while the great realms of Mediterranea and Meridies contend, all cleave to the banner of their realms.
ITEM That during the hours of peace between those realms, His Excellency will hold the field immediately before the presence of Fenix.
ITEM That he shall meet not less than thirty-eight challengers to the field.
ITEM That challengers shall enjoy the choice of weapons.
ITEM That challengers shall be met with like weapons so far as possible.
ITEM That the hospitality of the gallery shall be extended to the consorts of all challengers.
This deed will be held before the officially scheduled battles and during breaks throughout the day. His excellency will be accepting challenges striving for a goal of 38 bouts.
He will match weapons where he can. If you wish to challenge him to a bout with a 'non-standard weapon please try to provide weapons for him also, we will do our best but cannot promise to be able to match every possible weapon. He will also accept all challenges in any style of formal sport combat from any culture and timer period where all needed equipment can be present.
