Effingham: can't find my source.

I ripped apart/pseudo-organized my books this weekend, can't find my Portuguese reference at all. Sorry, I guess I have to withdraw that remark into the "read it somewhere" category... can't find my copy of Talhoffer, either, though, so maybe my wife just put them in a Safe Place(tm)...
