Y'all, if you don't make some time to hang out with Violen, you are really missing out on some good times. If he says his Lady is making mashed potatoes, you should run over your own mother to get a plateful.

I should be there Monday afternoon - camping down on the point with Master Gottfried.

I have been working with my step-dad like crazy to build camp stuff











still working on the cottage, some more boxes& hopefully some chairs.

For the fall, Bunk beds.

So i felt pretty accomplished about making six really shitty camp benches with my dad tonight for Lilies.

Hey, some of us are internet Challenged. I fixed the first post just for you.

If anyone else needs camping space you can camp with me and my Shire, almost across the street from the Broken Harp. we have crap tons of land.

It saddens my heart to say this, but I’m unable to attend Lilies War this year. My current employment situation (none) and financial situation dictate that I must stay in the Twin Cities. Deep soul searching tells me it’s the right thing to do as painful as it is.

Have fun bashing your friends, both old and new, over the head then invite them over for a beverage or two. I hope the C&T guys have a great time as well!

We didn't make it last year but the wife and I will be down on the point with Gottfried.

It was great seeing everybody at Lilies, Sorry to have missed the official get together, but we did have a pretty good time.

I couldn't make it but my old ship was there!

I didn't get to pull an oar this year, but I did visit with Richard about her. she is coming due for dry-dock soon.

Richard took the wife and I on a moonlight cruise. It was epic.

I missed to official AA meeting, met a few folks from here by happenstance anyway. How many are going to make it to Valor? That's next in line for me.

I also missed the get together which bummed me out. I spent most of the time hanging out in camp with my wife which was cool cause it's the first event she's been to in years. I didn't even fight. I "might" be able to make Valor - gotta get past Raid or Trade first

Did you make it to the battle field? if you went on the main road, you went right by my encampment.

Yep. But both times were late at night (hitting the Harp).
I really intended to get to Lillies on Tuesday instead of late Wednesday. My promotional interview (final one) for sergeant was on Tuesday and I didn't want to pospone it any longer. The process had taken four months already (study,civil service tests, study, civil service interview, study, sergeant school, study, major interviews, head 'xplodes). So I was kinda baked.
Wife enjoyed herself so hopefully I can start to make more events.

By the way - awesome camp gear! I need to start on some new stuff -so you gave me some ideas!
