Best 50$ from harbour freight

I am looking to start plate armoring and i heard about harbor freight here. lemme clear something up: is it just an internet store or do they have diff locations in some places?
i have about 50$ so far for armouring tools, and since thats what gets you free shipping from their web site, i think i want to buy my stuff there.
what is your guys' recomendation for the best 50$ to spend on harbour freight.
i looked at the hammer and dolly car repair set, and what else should i get?
i dont think i have enuff money for everything, but i got at least some aviation snips already to cut thin metal with. if i cant get enuff tools at least what do i need to for general stuff and to make a greathelm and spaudlers? (think those will be my first projects)
