As the title says, "if you really want to get better." Find out when and were Duke Sean is teaching his system to train and go to that class or get a group of guys together and pay to have him fly out to your group. It will be the best money you have ever spent. I do not care how good you think you are or how well you fight, this man has a great deal to teach. His class gave me a vocabulary that I can use on a regular basis with the people we train. Also his system compressed how I look at a fight and allowed me to think and execute in a vary organized fashion. In essence it allowed me to think and react faster. Good luck gents I hope you get as much from him as I did. He gets beer for life in my camp!

I am more than willing to share what information I have with those who are interested in hearing it. I have always believed that if someone is willing to make it so that it doesn't cost me anything to teach, as a Knight I am obligated to do so.

I'm not in this for profit. At the same time, I'm not independently wealthy enough to teach as much as I would like to.

The one I attended in Las Vegas was two days. One of the things I found very useful was watching the video later that night in slow mo and having Duke Sean explain what we were seeing. I can now analyze video footage better then before the class.

I would definitely take the class again.
