Some video I shot of melees

Here's 3 shortish youtubes of some fighting from one of our local wars, Harvest War. I used 2 Sony MC50U cameras mounted
side-by-side on the tripod. This camera has a feature where it shoots 4 seconds at a time of footage at ~200 frames per second. So the slo-mo sections are about 1/3 speed. Unfortunately it only shoots 4 seconds at a pop, then takes about 12 seconds to record it to the memory. Also, it's one of those situations where you punch the record button and pray that someone does something cool during the next 4 seconds.
This first one features Duke Konrad von Krixen leading a column charge. The defenders goal was to keep their banner from touching the ground:

This one is part 1 of a 20 minute res battle. The objective was to controll the largest number of the 4 items at each of 4 holds called at 5 minute intervals. I edited out the holds, as well as any time I was moving so much that even I couldn't stand the footage. Unfortunately I was shooting into a woods from the outside, and the marshals required me to stay a few feet back from the edge, so I didn't get the magnificent views that I wanted. There is *some* camera movement as I shift to get better shots:

This is part 2 of the aforementioned woods:
