This is a video I've made in response to some reports that the self-modified RSW at a couple overseas locations were hitting very hard, making them dangerous. This is to show its degree of safety in our original standard.

This is the part 2 of the demonstrations, where it was an outsider sparring with my students. The RSW involved were an expert grade katana waiting to be re-padded, and 2 models of Chinese 2 handed long Dao. The heavier Dao among the 2 models was as heavy as my Deva Slayer (4 lbs 13oz, 2.2kg).

It showed that the RSW other than my own are also made to the same standard of safety.
