I am looking for a SCA legal Russian Cossack type sword
for Rapier/C&T and
not having much luck in finding.
does anyone know of a source for such a thing ?

Rattan? C&T?
Darkwood makes a Rapier/C&T version, I think, or certainly could.
Rattan might be a challenge since the blade is curved. Not sure if anyone makes a hilt. I thought By My Hand Designs had one but it doesn't look like it on their website.

But the principle would be the similar in making one with the right details like the Bird Nose pommel
