If you are the author of a piece on rattan combat in the SCA and would like to see your piece published or re-published on the Internet please contact me. There are at least two sites on the internet that deal with this type of material. Both myself and the Legio Draconis publish new pieces and re-publish old pieces to help create an online archive of available material.
Why? For a number of reasons, but mostly because we find this material interesting and hate to see it vanish. Some of it has real historical interest in the SCA, to boot.
What? Anything to do with rattan combat. I have tended to focus on melee combat, but I also archive individual combat pieces.
