Outlands Heir (finally)

Greetings,

It looks like Outlands will indeed have a foreigner Heir after all

Qadi Ibrahim al-Dimashqi was victorious, fighting for the honor of Countess Ileana Welgy (both formerly of Artemisia).

Although I still feel bad for Toumiki, I have to admit this news makes me smile on a personal level. 'Brahim is a great guy and will do a fantastic job.

It will certainly make Estrella interesting, that's for sure.

I predict now that although the battles will be uphill (CAID/ATEN vs. ARTEMISA/OUTLANDS?) the 'best parties' warpoint will certainly be won by the Outlands/Artemisia side.

That is fairly ironic.
I hope Ibrahim will work to right the wrong the BoD has done to the independence of his kingdom and the reputation of one of his Dukes.

Sir Daniel,
I'm ignorant of the intricacies of your inter-kingdom negotiations, but perhaps the Artemisia/Outlands side coule get every single non-Caid/Aten visitor to Estrella?
I hope HRH Outlands has a great upcoming reign!

From your lips.. er.. keyboard, to god's... umm... the Crown's, ears... I mean eyes.

This year has the potential to be the most unbalanced Estrella ever. I'm personally hoping all non native troops sign on with Outlands/Artemisia, Wars are no fun when one side has double the other side.

The Estrella war treaty leaves the Monarchs responsible to even the sides to prevent the issue.

I have had the honor of training under and fighting Qadi Ibrahim and his brother Qadi Dahoud. He is a great guy and one hell of a fighter. Vivat!
