I’ve made DVDs of the Kingdom of the West Crown Tournament

I’ve made DVDs of the Kingdom of the West Crown Tournament

Post by Aaron »

Good Morrow Gentle Nobles,

I’ve made three DVDs (copies) of the Kingdom of the West Crown Tournament in June05, but my little computer takes almost six hours to burn one DVD. I’ve tested them out on the DVD player (after my kids were done watching Kim Possible), and it worked well.

In the interest of keeping the burn run short, could you send me an e-mail with your physical mailing address and a description of what you want on your DVD? This will keep me from making three DVDs for everyone…

I would be especially interested in getting DVDs to those who both fought me (Victoria of Lynwood, The Princesses Champion…in silver mail, Earl Geoffrey of Griffenhold, Sir Geoffrey Scott, THL Achilles, Sir Owen Fletcher, Prince Dimity of the Mists and others) and taught me (Duke Paul, Viscount Brand, and others).

As the burn run and mailing might take some time and effort, I would like to very humbly request for donations of usable armour pieces for our loaner pool as “paymentâ€Â

For the 15 people who either sent a PM or e-mailed me, the DVDs are enroute.

Aaron, I have a DVD burner -- if you want to send me the discs, I'll be happy to burn 'em off FOR you, and it only takes a few minutes.

What software are you using? Is it Pinnacle? That software has a nasty quirk of wanting to render the video each time you burn a disc (taking hours) rather than simple copying the image repeatedly (taking minutes).

There is a solution. Render one "master disc". Then download DVD Decryptor
or some other DVD copying (piracy) software. Use that software to create an image on your hard disc and then to burn it repeatedly. This is the actual legitimate use for DVD copying software. It will save you a lot of time and hassle.

If you send me your physical address, I'll send you some DVDs I've made (as soon as I can get to buring again) and then maybe you can send me yours.
