I have uploaded 1 of 7 or 8 videos from Crown List, but I want to make sure it works before I upload and post them all.
This is a fight between Sir Alexander Britehelmston and THL Ulrich Von Brandenburg
http://www.housebritehelmston.org/image ... crown1.avi
It may be a long download, they are a higher resolution video capture.
Let me know if you see it, so I can feel safe to post the rest.

Aidan,
Its a nice clip, of good quality. However, while I know it is unintentional, I feel a little slighted that a two double kill fight between Sir Alexander and myself which I enjoyed immensely, is reduced to a "money-shot" of the bout.
Regards,
Ulrich

Ulrich,
I apologize if you feel slighted in any way, that was not my intent. I have all of Lex's fights(except 1 i think), and was going to post them all, but ran out of disk space. It was the first up only by the luck of the draw. I renamed the avi's "crown 1" through "crown9" and was not aware which was which, i just grabbed and ftp'ed to the sight.
all of the avi's will be hosted somewhere and posted together in time, I just have to get the files distributed among my various websites.
Also, please know that I didn't shoot the video, they were taken with someone (in our house) else's digital camera that does short 60 second avi's.

Ulrich,
Please do not feel slighted in anyway. Yours was my favorite fight of the day. We had two double kills after some intense passes and if you look closely you can see me heaving for air. Thank you for a wonderful fight. Sir Shalter told me later I sounded like Darth Vader and was worried he would have to file a report that went: he fought well then died of exhaustion. I look forward to seeing the rest of the clips.

Tim - I will be glad to do that. Just email me your snail mail addy and I will take care of the rest. It may take a week to get them - I have to bring a dvd burner home from work. Thats not a problem though, because i have a video of my son's fiesta bowl parade trip i have to make copies of for family - so that was happening this week anyway

Sir Lex, Aidan,
I'm very sorry, I chose my words poorly (it is not uncommon with me) disapointed would have been a better word than slighted. I'm not upset, and I never thought it was intentional. I was just gonna feel jipped if that was all there was...those fights were so much fun I didn't want to miss the other two...especially from a reverse angle. its ice to see both of them.
I've got the entire list recorded from the other side of the field...I'll get you both a copy.
Regards,
Ulrich

If either of you are inclined to make a BitTorrent track of this, let me know. I'm going to be starting to push BitTorrent as a good way to share these kinds of video around the known world.

I was just able to load them at work, they worked fine.
Anyone else having trouble?
Did it download, and then not play? Or would they not downlaod at all?

I know from trying that if you have dialup and use something like AOL, it wont give you the full file--more like 2.5mb of the file. Playing it instead of downloading gets my media to crash. I look forward to seeing this on disk. Ulrich, Ill bring some disks to you Wednesday for copies of things as well
