Monday Morning Train-in

Post by Ottokar »

Monday Morning Train-ins are back, if people are interested. I'll open a thread every week through the end of the year. If other people post, that's great. If people think its a waste of bandwidth; I'll move it to another board.

As you can tell, I've been slacking.

I'll join in on this, it would help others calling me a fat bastard also, and to get off my butt and work. :)

Will weigh first thing in morning and post, and next Monday will post everything I did thru the previous week and my new weight for the new week.

Great timing! I had been having low motivation for supplemental exercise after Pennsic.

No scale. In the 175-180# range. 37" waist.

For this week:

Friday 9/8 - General Ex. Prog. #2 from Getting Stronger, short FP-2 bouts
Sat 9/9 - 25 min aerobic heavyhands and movement drills, situps
Sun 9/10 - Long FP - melees + 6 bouts
