AA center of Deeds of Arms movement

Would people say that the AA is the center of the Deeds of Arms movement in the SCA or no?
I would say that all the major players either post here or lurk here. I would say that most of the Tournament Company types moved on to the Deeds thing because the Pas has basically been SCAdianized.
Alot of deeds have been brainstormed, planned and announced here...so I guess the answer is yes.
