Thanks for having it. I had a nice time. I agree with Brother Logan. I wish the SCA would have better looking kits. Oh well. Better to be the inspiration then the nag. Keep up the great work gang!

My poor mind has forgotten the name of the kind knight who gave me one of the throwing axes. Can anyone remember his name? Sir Kenneth?

Oh and thanks Sean for letting me borrow your gauntlets!
That green and white guy. What's his name?

After seeing some pictures of the SCA just 7-8 years ago I am amazed at how far it has come. I have been in for four years in Feb of 09, so I've come in at the tail end of this movement. Still, it's cool to watch the kits improve year by year.

WoH was a great time!
Axes of the Ages saw some fantastic fights and talented axe work.
The level of peoples kit is getting true;y exceptional!
(I hope to post pics soon).
Next year we're thinking either Hammers/Mauls/Maces or
Pointy sticks under 7' with sidearms under 1'.
We'll know by December!

HAMMERS AND MACES! HAMMERS AND MACES! BRUISE FEST! WOOT! The other thing will just turn into a dagger fight. A good mace fight....well it aint pretty, but its' definitely entertaining in the grim sort of way we all like. 8)
Leave the SCA better than you found it. Fight alot of cool people along the way.

Only the weak are cruel. Gentleness can only be expected from the strong.

I'm just the "Bob Barker" (though I do all my own stunts).
Kudos go the guys who show up and fight, (and the guys I make give me money for the Gift Certificates).
