No problem. I’m thinking this YouTube is going be the quintessential SCA beat down video ever; rivaling that video of... well never mind...

Well done, both of you. What a fight.

My memory of the event disagrees. But what do I know, i'll been hit in the head a couple of times.

Btw, how did you fair? I basically got one small but nice shoulder bruise, and a handfull of very small. light bruises, mostly on my left arm. Oh and the fingers. The next day all the blisters had gone down and I kept the thumb nail after all. Just a little bruising there.

Otherwise, armour works. I will live to sing the story of "My little Ronin", once I get around to filking it...

I have a nice one on the calf and one on the wrist. Maybe a little light brain damage. I like armour. I was just thrilled not to throw up at the end of it.

Did you hear someone in the backgorund yell "do it again, this time with hammers" ?

That was great. Thanks for the video!

Some of the blows are nuts. The one where BdeB knocks Nissans head to the side and when Nissan does his Samurai Chop there with his hips pulling back that knocks BdeB down into a 90 degree angle.

Awesome.

Now THAT was a fight! I love the way both combatants start to wind down, you can FEEL the exhaustion start to slow them down.

That was brilliant!

That looks awesome, in a tree-hacking sort of way.

Bryce, is that what Ragnar and I looked at that Oldcastle Pas? I couldn't see straight for five minutes after that, it felt like my head was on crooked..

What an awesome slugfest.
Hark the moaning gulls around him,
Hark their shuddering calls of terror
At his fearful fighting pæan.
