Joy of Pellwork

Post by Aaron »

Hi,

This morning it was raining, so I put on my helm and gauntlets and did pell work instead. I noticed I was breathing heavy just after I put the helm on -- anticipation I guess.

I practiced against the pell for over 20 minutes, using what a local knight has taught me, and moved about our exercise room and really enjoyed the feeling of having the armour (OK, part of the armour) on and fighting (sort of).

At the end I was dripping in sweat, very happy, finished my core workout and am looking forward to a great day. Oh, I had the "Who" playing the entire time -- I like that group.

Anyway, pellwork made me happy today. Have a great day everyone!
