Looking to do a display that includes various things, I tried to find a tulwar online. I am looking for a couple of "munitions-grade" blades, no fancy gold-inlaid koftgaris, no scabbard necessary. I seem to recall that, just a few years ago, you could find loads of surplus-grade deals for them. Since they are crappy-but-serviceable, I expected to be able to find some, but even the crappy ones are prettied-up in the text and misleadingly described, when by the pics you can see these are really the same 25 to 50 buck issue swords.

Anybody got a source without the hype?
