I was going to keep this and use it to mount on one of my future helmets. Unfortunately, 'back to school' has straight up kicked my wallet in it's jimbly bits with steel toed boots worn by a mule. I need money bad.

I got this as part of my trade with Adamo. Not sure where he got it. As far as either of us can tell it is one of Atlanta Armory's pieces.

5/16" ID rings, I'm not good with my wire gauges, but I think it's 18 or 16 awg. Round wire.

It's about 30-31" around on the inside of the top end. It is nicely tailored, and it is difficult for me to spot the expansion rings. It is a long style, so would be good for pretty much anything you wanted to put it on. It has about 6-7" of 'tube' before it starts flaring out.

I can't find a single missing or bad ring in it. It is in immaculate condition.

I personaly have not used it. I played with it some, and tried it on a couple helmets, but that's it. I never did find out from my source wether or not he used it. There's no bent rings or anything like that. As far as I can tell, it's just made the rounds from owner to owner never seeing battle. Bit of a shame that, it's a very nice piece and would do well.

I would like to get $125 for it, and if I can use a $10 flat rate box to get it to you then consider it included (eg US address). International or anything that wants more than the $10 will need to cover the difference.

12" carpenters square on it for size reference. Please don't ask for close ups, because my camera is shit for that, and you will see vaugely stainless colored blurryness. :P

This is a nice aventail, as I recall there are no visible seams in it, which is a plus. For the short time it was in my possession, it was never used.

Thanks for the extra info Adamo. Yeah, as far as I can tell it was knitted with expansion rings tucked in fairly stealthily rather than wedge pieces knitted together in a pie.

Sale Pending.
