Wow, that looks really, really good...it's a temptation to me to actually wear body armor.

Like a poster wrote somewhere further up here, it would look really good with my sallet and (occasional) plate legs.

How is the weight distributed? I twisted my back in my MMA days and still try to put as little weight as possible on it.

It isn't heavy to start but once it is belted you hardly feel the weight.

IF I had know about this in the works, I would have bought the brigandine instead of the breastplate. This is excellent work!

Would you accept a trade in of an used-once-only-hit-by-Dukes-and-Bloodguard breastplate for the brigandine armour? It's got some minor scrapes from that one day of fighting, but otherwise it's excellent.

Given that the backing is cloth, I expect some wear-and-tear to happen, but I also rarely get hit in the body. It's usually head-and-leg shots.
