Duke Icefalcon rattan is great I picked up four staves at an event back in september and he only carries the best stuff. I never done any deals over the web, but his customer service is legendary on the AA. (Even in the short time I've been a member here!)

I can speak for his rattan it's good stuff.

My last deal with Eirik was literally a six-star transaction. I have also had amazing experiences with Ice Falcon.

Eirik has some really nice stuff and carries all of the hard to get sizes.

We specialize in the 1 1/4"- 1 1/2" manal rattan.

Cheers!

I hope it's alright for me to ask in this thread, but could you please tell me the difference in manal rattan and the premium rattan you carry, Duke Icefalcon?

Manal is the top of the line rattan in the US. It comes in mostly on the East coast, while Phillipine comes in on the west coast, primarily.

Manal is stronger as it takes longer to grow. It is denser and has a tighter weave of fibers. Unfortunately this means that the rattan has some curves to it as it follows the sun while it is growing.

The premium rattan has been straightened at the farm before it is shipped off to the US.

You will find that Phillipine rattan is straighter and lighter in color with a smoothe skin. It is not as strong as manal. Years ago you could get Burmese rattan. This was the cheapest, lightest and weakest of the rattans.

I hope this helps....

That not only helps, but surpasses what I was expecting. Thank you very much for taking the time to explain that to me!
