In the process of tailoring mine, and its already ridiculously comfortable, with a great range of motion. Warm, but not unpleasantly so. I'll post pictures when I finally get it done, but that might be a while. No sewing machine, and I've only got time from 11pm-1am to work on it. Might dye it, too. Anyway, a great product!

I'll post pictures and a more detailed review of the arming coat this weekend. It just feels very nice on the skin too.

Ordered a stainless steel mail standard from Andre to go with the arming coat. Now to get the sewing machine going and put button holes through the entire arming coat so it can be "cut full of holes" for ventillation.

I was sweating buckets at the East vs. Atlantia fighter practice this weekend, when were indoors. Ventillation is good IMO!

I put on the arming coat this morning, and then my vambraces, gauntlets and helmet. Then I did pell work for a half hour. The mobility is excellent, which isn't true of two other arming coats I've bought in the past.

Jumping jacks were easily done as were all the yoga I do. So I can bring more power to the fight now due to the flexiblity.

The arming coat went through the washing machine and dryer fine too. But after this weekend it won't be able to go through the washing machine or dryer easily...the stainless steel mail gussets, skirt and standard I bought from Andre will be attached. Hand-washing and air-drying only after that. ;)

But the arming coat didn't shrink in the wash or dryer!

These are good!

Oh, and the fabric buttons make it a joy to put on, and fits my armour very well IMO. I'll be sewing in "button holes" so I can have it "cut full of holes" for ventilation, etc...

Got my cotte in the mail yesterday! Woo-Hoo!
Great quality. Great fit. It looks great!
THANK YOU YOUR GRACE! It is SUCH a joy to work with a professional.
If anyone else buys one of these great cottes, I'd suggest tossing it in the wash (all by itself) on the "delecate" or "presoak" cycle. This helps to "break in" the fabric to make it a bit softer. Just hang it outside for an hour and it dries right out. Nice and comfy along with beaing durable and all get out!
Thank you again Your Grace!

Hi,

I'll be altering the arming coat by adding button holes so it can be "cut full of holes" for ventillation, but otherwise it's perfect. I have complete mobility, at the same time I have complete coverage.

The buttons on the arm make it form fitting. My other arming coats would "hang low" sometimes. This one just stays in place.

Now I think it's blessed chance that this arming coat fits me THIS well, and yours might not fit as well. But this is the best arming coat I've every bought (out of three).

With respect,

-Aaron

I might keep the price the same. We did not make a ton of money per each cote but sold a ton in a short time, so we still made money. If I find that there are a bunch of folks who want them again in the fall, I might run a sale again. Colors will be limited to black and / or white again if we do.
