On the Frieman scale, a sold 5 out of 5
He recieved my money order Wed of this week, I just opened my package of thrusting tips from him 5 minutes ago (Saturday morning).

Communication was excellent.

Of course, I buy my rattan from him, too ;)

As always, a solid product, at a good price with excellent service!

Need I say more? :D
