Looking to commission a linen liripipe or similar hood, as I need something besides a hat to keep the ferocious Trimarian sun at bay.
I've seen the ones that revivalclothing.com makes but I'd prefer something without the buttons.

Thanks!

What color were you thinking? While I am terribly busy right now ith real life, I *MIGHT* be able to knock one out in a reasonable amount of time...

Time frame?

Liripipes (late period) with the long pipes?

at Gulf Wars, I used my Viking era linen hood to effectivly keep the sun off. Its a much more square cut, easy to assemble.

Morning Crimthann, great meeting you at GW.

I had thought of these but, alas, I've already talked to Gwen and hers are made of wool.

With that said, I might have this handled locally.

but if that is the style of hood you want, its easy to knock out in an hour or so in linen. It takes about a yard. But your time period persona should be figured in there somewhere.

Good meeting you as well.
