review of new sugarloaf helm from Phoenix Steel
it's a little over do but i got my new helm custom fit from Phoenix Steel 2 weeks ago. i wanted to wait and get it padded and strapped and fight in it before i made a review. The fit is spot on. even taken into consideration i wear glasses, he compensated the face area for that. the way it feels and sits on my head could not be better. visibility is surprisingly very well. i'm using a linen padded liner sewn in and it feels like my head is wrapped in a comforter. it's made of 12 ga stainless at the skull and 14 ga stainless everywhere else. the brass is 16 ga . 5 stars across the board ! with his back log of work to get other helms and armor made for estrella and gulf wars, i got this helm in 4 months. i told him no hurry for i had another helm to fight in until this was done.

sorry bud. not going to horse and falcon. i'll be at the indy 500 for four days of camping and partying at the track. i'll be at lilies war though the entire time. i'll show it to you then.
