YMCA MEDIEVAL FAIRE - Wisconsin - any SCA interest

Post by Lloyd »

Hi all,

This Saturday, we will be holding a small medieval faire fundraiser for the YMCA of Dodge Countyf (Beaver Dam) and we have more space to fill and hoped that some local SCA folks might like to come, set up, do a few demos and recruit. Bridei will be there as will Bob Charron, the Bristol Guild of St. Michael (and their cannon!), as well as my little group.

I know its late, but Bridei and I have been trying to get folks for weeks (and I completely spaced putting it on here), if anyone is interested, please just shoot me a PM or an email.

CRAP!

IF I would have seen this sooner I would have rounded the troops again...

Saturday is open-shop day for a local metalsmith, so you may have a hard time getting us CAM fighters out to anything... not often we get to use entirely free forge goods to fix our kits!

No worries, Lufu, in fact, let me know when the next time you get access and I'll haul my butt over there.

We only had 2 months to try and put this together, but if we successful, they want a bigger show next year and we can get on everyone's schedule early!
