I have a nice mild steel Kettle Helm with bargrill wrap that I picked up from White Mountain Armour. I have a 24" head and it fits with a little room to spare with padding. There is a slight cosmetic flaw in the weld near the top of the point, you have to look for it to notice it. Asking $425.00 which it what I paid for it and it has never been used. Priority shipping with insurance came out to about $45.00 as it will not fit in a flat rate box and Parsal Post was around $20.00, will get actualy cost with zip.

How far down does the grill go, is there a chin strap, and is the brim rolled with or without wire?

There is the chin strap it came with, needs to be installed.

Grill in the back is 3 & 7/8 inches and the front is about 9 inches or so at the point, the kettle dosen't sit straight, but cants back if that helps.

The brim is rolled, not sure if there is wire or not, cannot see or hear any.

I don't roll the edges of my brims, its a 1/4 in piece of rod welded around the edge.
