For Sale: Colt H-BAR AR-15
Well, since neither Y2K nor the Zombie World War has come to pass, I'm going to pass on my Colt H-BAR AR-15A2. Not quite "New in the Box", but I did buy it new, and have had less than 500 rounds through it.
Made in 1984, with the standard A2 configuration of 20" barrel. Obviously a solid sight rail (with adjustable A2-style rear sight), rather than the new-fangled detachable variety.
I am happy to to an in-person sale to someone living in my area (Greater Seattle/Puget Sound area) or close driving distance, otherwise it has to go through an FFL dealer. I'll give this ad a couple of days, if there's no serious interest I'll be putting it on Gunbroker.
I'll send photo's to anyone who's actually interested, just PM me. Also, see my post on ammo to match...

Unfortunately no, it does come as a set. Besides, the older Colts have that weird-assed oversized front pin that is a PITA when swapping either uppers or lowers out with Milspec pieces. There are converters around, and I probably even have one somewhere, but it's still a less-than-optimum situation. Better a newer lower to mate with a Milspec upper.
(Edited to add) Unless of course you really WANT me to just hang on to the upper, and me just send the lower at the above asking price.
Cheers!

if this was made in 1984, shouldn't that qualify it as being preban?
Whenever the legislators endeavor to take away and destroy the property of the people, or to reduce them to slavery under arbitrary power, they put themselves into a state of war with the people, who are thereupon absolved from any further obedience
