Today was a weapons day-
I taped up axes for six hours and then laid epoxy.
Tomorrow is a sewing day.

Shipping Neesayer's axe tomorrow.
Finishing Eirik's sword this week if it kills me.
My tank-climbing season just ended, so more shop time will be available.

After eirik is 100% done I will sand and primer about ten shields. Then back to leather stuff, starting with oldest orders first.
So next leather guy is....that poor patient SOB Roger Young...who is a saint.

Eirik's sword, scabbard and baldric. The seax scabbard will get the tricked-out decorations.

This slight imbalance is what makes the scabbard lean ever so slightly forward.

One of the reasons I like it is that it has a kind of texture to it. I'm not sure if it's the dye or technique or whatever but I like it.

ill answer this one.
yes he does have a good yellow that he uses,
very rich and vibrant.
have a dagger scabbard in yellow.
here is the one i have in yellow,
in this picture it actually looks more lemon yellow but it really is a nice deeper shade, very rich.
