Hourglass gauntlets with sewn in leather gauntlet with soft filler on the outer side of a hand. Western Europe, the middle of XIV – the beginning of XV cc. Steel 1.5 mm. All the elements are hand-made only. Polishing. 200 Euro.

When you say "soft padding" does that mean the back of the fingers are padded?

No, just outer side of the palm which is not fixed is padded; the fingers are not, there are protected with steel lamellas on the outer side, the inner side is covered with thick leather.
