What size head does the wool one with Fox trim fit? I've got a 24" head and wife has 22.5" If it'll fit either I'll take it.

I guess I should have been more clear- these are't pre-made items. These are things that will be made to order, to the customer's specifications. I don't have these in stock right at the moment.

Sorry if I wasn't clear!

How long would it take for 2 of the 4 panel wool /w fox fur hats? I'm thinking of ordering one for myself and one for my lady for xmas.

Since I never got around to it, I'd like to state for the record that Thorgrimr makes some might fine weapons. I purchased one of his hand axes and I absolutely love it. Haven't had it out on the field yet but the construction is top notch. I had asked him to shave down the handle to make it more a triangular cross section (to help with edge alignment) and he wrapped the haft in leather. It. Is. Pure. Win. 5 Stars all around. I highly recommend him.

Those hats are fantastic looking. I've already said that.

But now that I've tried to make a similar hat... his skill is incredible! Mine is not:(

Do you have any dark hunter green (not olive) wool that you could do one of the fox fur hats from?

And out of curiosity, where do you get your fur? Recycled fur items from Ebay or something?

I have some more of the wool in this hat left (not enough to make this style, though).

I get my fur from Paulette Furs (they sell on Ebay, but their brick and mortar is about 5 miles from me).

I THINK, that the poleaxe pictured may be the one I recieved. If so, or if those to follow are of the same calibre it, quite simply, is a bad motherfuc%er. The only reason I would suggest to avoid it is if you do not want to feel like a cheater. This thing hits like a an anvil and swings like a shortsword. It has no business being as ligt and well balanced and quick as it is it is in the hands of a clod like me. Seriouly an amazing two hander for people that are looking into getting into the style. Can not suggest the chraftsman, work or item enough.

Just for the record: Thorgrimr is awesome.

I fight and drink with stuff he makes.

I intend to do that in the future as well.

He is one of the good ones.

Still have a sale going on...

Here's a pic of one of my hewing spear heads. It's 17 1/2 inches long and 7 inches wide at the wings by 1 3/4 inches thick along the edges. I have it stuck on a 1.25 inch dowel.
